The Toraja region is famous for its fertile volcanic soil, as well as a unique climate with cool temperatures and fairly high rainfall throughout the year. This condition gives Toraja Kalosi Arabica coffee its rich and complex aroma, which is often characterized by notes of flowers, nuts or spices. All of these uniqueness make Toraja Kalosi Arabica coffee one of the most appreciated specialty coffees in the world.
