Description
Mandailing Coffee or Mandheling Coffee, which has been famous since the Dutch era, is Arabica coffee originating from the Mandailing area, the Bukit Barisan Mountains, North Sumatra. Mandheling coffee grows at altitudes up to 5,000 feet and as low as 2,500 feet above sea level near Padang in west-central Indonesia. Mandheling grade 2 coffee has its own flavor of coffee compared to others. It has a rich coffee taste like sour, sweet and bitter.
