Empat Lawang Robusta Coffee is a Robusta coffee variety originating from the Empat Lawang area, South Sumatra. This coffee has a characteristic with a strong and bitter taste, a distinctive aroma, and low acidity. Empat Lawang Robusta coffee usually has a full body and thick texture. This coffee is often used as a mixture of instant coffee and ground coffee in Indonesia. The processing of Empat Lawang Robusta coffee is usually carried out using the semi-washed method, in which the coffee beans are washed and dried in the sun with the pulp still attached to them, resulting in coffee with distinctive characteristics.
