Sidikalang Robusta Coffee comes from the Sidikalang area, North Sumatra, Indonesia. Robusta Sidikalang coffee has a strong and complex aroma, with notes of nuts and spices. The taste of the coffee is also rich with a strong sweet taste, with a refreshing hint of bitterness. This coffee has a strong body and high viscosity, making it suitable for making coffee with milk or other mixed drinks. The processing of Robusta Sidikalang coffee uses a semi-washed method, thus giving it a soft texture and a long lasting aftertaste.
